Customers can request an exchange within 7 days from the date of product delivery.
We accept exchanges only in the following cases:
Damaged product received
Incorrect item delivered

Exchange Conditions:
Items must be unused and in their original packaging
All original tags and labels must be intact
Exchange requests must be approved by our support team before sending the product back
Shipping for Exchange:
If the exchange is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will bear the shipping cost
For other reasons (like size exchange), the customer may have to bear the return shipping cost
Refunds are applicable only in case of:
Damaged or defective items
Incorrect product received
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
